Order Processing & Fulfilment
• Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
• Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation with your order details after placing your order.
• Dispatch Notification: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a dispatch confirmation with tracking information (if applicable).
Shipping Options & Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping option within the UK:
• Standard Delivery (3–5 Business Days) – £4.00
International Shipping
We are a UK only business and are unable to ship to any Country outside of the UK
Missed or Delayed Deliveries
• If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please check your tracking information or contact us at Support@auracosmetics.com
• If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional charges may apply for re-delivery.
Lost or Damaged Orders
• If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
• If your package is lost in transit, we will investigate with the courier and provide a resolution as quickly as possible.
